• I'm a Kickstarter backer for one of your books, but I never received my pledge. Can you help?

Absolutely! The easiest way to remedy this is to drop us a direct message through Kickstarter, as this will connect us with all your backer information. Alternatively, you can forward your backer confirmation email to hello (a) astrolago (dot) com and let us know what you're missing.

• Aren't you Canadian? Shipping to Canada is so expensive!

We are! And sadly, it is. Our books are warehoused out of White Squirrel in Everett, WA, and we actually eat a little bit of the cost on all international shipping just to make it a bit more affordable. If you're Canadian, we recommend checking out our books at Rain City Games in Vancouver--they also ship across Canada. 

• Do you ship to the UK?

At the moment we do not; new VAT requirements have made selling physical products to the UK a bit more difficult, and the amount we'd have to charge in taxes and shipping is more expensive than the cover price of the book itself. 

• Do you ship to Australia?

Due to the pandemic USPS has temporarily suspended their international shipping to Australia. You can check USPS for updates here. 

• Do you charge VAT for orders from the EU?

No; EU customers are responsible for VAT charges on any of our physical books.
